On May 28, 2023, Fujian Sanmei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand groundbreaking ceremony for its intelligent production base of high-end fluorine new materials, marking the entry of the company's capacity expansion strategy into a substantive construction stage. To ensure stable delivery, enhance quality consistency, and achieve green and intelligent manufacturing, Sanmei has initiated the construction of a high-end production base. With automation, sealing, informatization, safety, and environmental protection as the construction standards, it aims to build a leading domestic fluorine new material manufacturing platform.

The base is located in Lun Cang Meiyu Industrial Park, Nan 'an District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. It enjoys a superior location, convenient transportation and complete industrial supporting facilities, which are in line with local industrial planning and safety and environmental protection requirements. The project plans the land use, production workshops, R&D buildings, warehouses, three-waste treatment facilities, public utilities and intelligent central control systems. The overall layout is scientific, the logistics is smooth, and it is safe and compliant.

The base construction highlights five major aspects: First, intelligent manufacturing, adopting automated reactions, continuous processing, and DCS central control systems, reducing manual intervention, enhancing process stability and production efficiency; Second, safety comes first. Explosion-proof, fireproof, leakage detection and emergency response systems are set up, and safety regulations are strictly followed. Third, it is environmentally friendly and green, equipped with waste gas, waste water and solid waste treatment facilities to achieve standard discharge and resource recycling. Fourth, quality assurance: A dedicated quality inspection center and sample retention room are set up for full-process testing and traceability. The fifth is flexible production, which can quickly switch between multiple varieties, small batches and customized products to meet the needs of different customers.
