SMF-1213 is an anionic fluorocarbon surfactant. It has good water solubility, excellent thermal stability and can be dispersed in water in any proportion. It has excellent surface activity. A dosage of one ten-thousandth can reduce the surface tension of water to below 20 mN/m. It has excellent resistance to strong alkali and can be used as an alkali-resistant penetrant.
Product performance
It is soluble in water and polar solvents such as methanol, isopropanol, acetone and ethyl acetate, but insoluble in weakly polar and non-polar solvents such as benzene, toluene and chloroform.
It has strong foaming property, high surface activity, good thermal stability and stable chemical properties.
It has excellent alkali resistance and strong wetting and penetrating capabilities.
Application scope
It is used in paints and coatings to enhance the anti-fouling, anti-fogging and anti-ultraviolet capabilities of the system, and has excellent anti-sticking effects. It is used as a mold release agent for polymers and a filler coupling agent to enhance lubricity and prevent the migration of plasticizers within the system. It is used in waxes and varnishes to enhance wetting and leveling performance and reduce craters. Used for metal cutting, cutting fluid. It can be used as a grout to enhance anti-fouling and anti-ultraviolet capabilities and improve weather resistance.
Usage method
It can be directly added to the system and heated if necessary. The recommended addition amount is 0.02 to 0.3%. The best usage method and dosage should be determined through experiments.
Precautions
This product is non-toxic and non-flammable, and can be transported in accordance with the general regulations for chemicals. Store in a dry and well-ventilated place in a sealed container.
