SMF-6523 is an economical fluorine-containing wetting, leveling and anti-cratering agent, specially developed for water-based coatings, inks and adhesives, etc. When applied to water-based systems, its leveling and anti-cratering effect is very obvious. This product does not contain APEO.
Functions and Applications
1. The product is based on nonionic fluorocarbon surfactants, which can greatly reduce the surface tension of liquids and provide excellent wetting and leveling performance, especially for rapid leveling.
2. It effectively wets substrates with low surface tension and has excellent anti-cratering ability for contaminated substrates.
3. It also has excellent performance in pigment wetting. It is of great help to the color development.
4. It is widely used in latex paint, wood paint, metal anti-corrosion paint and plastic paint, etc. This product does not contain APEO. The reference dosage is 0.5-1.0%
Precautions
When stored for a long time in a low-temperature environment, a small amount of sediment or stratification may occur. When such phenomena occur, it is recommended to heat and shake the product well before use.
