This product is a water-based fluorocarbon weak cationic three-proof agent, which can provide excellent anti-stain performance, finishing effect, and resistance to water washing and dry cleaning for various natural or synthetic fiber textiles. It can be used in clothing fabrics, home decorative fabrics and industrial fabrics. It can be directly applied to fabrics to provide efficient and durable waterproof, oil-proof and stain-proof finishing performance.
This product has excellent water and oil resistance for both cellulose fibers and synthetic fibers, and also features outstanding wash resistance. After addition, the solvent system is water, which has no ignition point and belongs to the non-hazardous category, making it safer and more environmentally friendly to use.
Usage method
Conventional formula: Dosage 30-60g/l, one immersion, one rolling, drying and shaping.
The compounding process with other additives should be adjusted as appropriate by the user through sample testing.
Precautions
When used in combination with other textile auxiliaries, a small-scale test must be conducted in advance to confirm the compatibility of the system.
When pre-treating fabrics, it is necessary to remove sizing agents, alkali, and hydrophilic substances such as residual refining agents, leveling agents, soaping agents, and color-fixing agents from the fabric first. Otherwise, it will affect the water resistance, oil resistance, and stain resistance.
3. The processing fluid must be weakly acidic; otherwise, the active ingredients are prone to leaching out, resulting in poor performance.
4. The drying process should be thoroughly baked and cooled for several hours to achieve the best performance.
