SMF-2620 is applied in the post-treatment process of leather and is a solvent-based product. This product features outstanding water repellency and excellent oil repellency. It can form an invisible and long-lasting "isolation layer" on the leather surface, isolating it from the outside world and thus preventing liquid or solid stains from staining the leather. At the same time, the treated leather still retains its original feel, breathability, appearance and smell.
"Application
It is suitable for all types of leather and can provide excellent and long-lasting water resistance, oil resistance and stain resistance to clothing leather, shoe upper leather and furniture leather. Suggested formula for leather protective aerosol: In the formula, this product is usually diluted to 12% of the active ingredient to make a spray. The dosage of the spray is 10-12g per square foot of leather. Dry at room temperature. A total of 1KG of the original liquid can handle 150-200 square meters of leather. The suggested formula (by mass ratio) is as follows: 1 part of SMF-2620 leather antifouling agent, 14-19 parts of solvent, diluted 15-20 times. Customers can also adjust it according to their specific requirements.
Usage method
Spray the prepared product evenly on a clean leather surface. It is recommended to spray two or three times for the best effect. Please spray the second and third layers of antifouling agents after the first layer is completely dry. Let it air dry naturally. It is recommended to conduct a test first. If there is obvious fading, please readjust the proportion.
