Product Overview
Anti-fingerprint coating SMF-1006 is an organosilicon-modified PFPE. The hydroxyl groups in its structure can chemically bond with the surface active silicon-methoxy groups of glass and metal oxide substrates. The sequential arrangement on the substrate surface structure causes chemical modification of the substrate surface, thereby achieving oil and water repellency and anti-fouling properties.

The product can form a smooth fluorinated film on the surface of the substrate, which can effectively prevent stains.
It can effectively prevent the formation of fingerprints and other oil stains and is easy to wipe.
Improve the wear resistance of the substrate surface and effectively prevent scratches on the substrate surface due to friction.
The coating thickness is only 5 to 20nm. The extremely thin thickness of the coating layer does not affect the refractive property and texture of the material.
This product is suitable for a variety of substrates, including glass, plastic, metal and film types (such as mobile phone window glass, liquid crystal display panels, computer glass panels, optical lenses and other glass products). It can also be applied to metal products coated with silicon dioxide or titanium oxide PVD.
Usage method
Dilute the anti-fingerprint coating liquid with fluorine-containing solvents such as perfluorocyclic ether to an active ingredient concentration of 0.3%, then spray it onto the surface of the substrate that has been cleaned and treated. Let it air dry naturally in a dust-free environment at 25℃ for 12 hours. It can also be dried by high-temperature baking in a high-temperature oven as needed. The baking temperature should not exceed 150℃ and the time should be 4 hours. Dust-free cloth coating, equipment spraying.
Precautions
It should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place.
If stored in the original unopened container, the shelf life is 3 months. Please use the original packaging as soon as possible after opening.
The quality of the fluorine-containing solvent used for dilution will directly affect the protective effect of the anti-fingerprint coating. Please use fluorine-containing solvents produced by regular manufacturers with clear performance indicators.
