Product Overview
This product is a type of modified high-molecular powerful surfactant. Its unique structure enables it to be well dispersed in gasoline and diesel, preventing impurities in gasoline and diesel from aggregating to form sludge and other precipitates. At the same time, it can reduce the surface tension of gasoline and diesel, improve their atomization performance and enhance combustion efficiency. It can also be added to the lubricating oil to enable it to spread more quickly to all the contact surfaces inside the engine, reducing engine wear. It can also act as an anti-emulsifier, adsorbing at the oil-water interface, disrupting the hydrophilic and lipophilic balance of the emulsifier, altering the stability of the liquid film, making it difficult for emulsions to form or reducing the stability of already formed emulsions, resulting in oil-water separation, thereby playing a role in preventing the emulsification of engine oil.
Application in gasoline and diesel
It can wash away the gum and carbon deposits formed during combustion and disperse them into tiny particles.
It can form micelles at very low concentrations and has a solubilizing effect on polar compounds in gasoline and diesel.
It can significantly reduce the polarity of polar compounds in gasoline and diesel, prevent their contact and aggregation, and achieve a dispersion effect.
It can reduce the surface tension of gasoline and diesel, improve their atomization performance and enhance combustion efficiency.
The recommended usage amount is 0.005% to 0.01%.
Application in lubricating oil
It can enable lubricating oil to spread and remain better on the metal surface, reducing wear.
As an anti-emulsifier, it can prevent engine oil from emulsifying.
It can enhance the cleaning performance of lubricating oil and extend its service life.
The recommended usage amount is 0.05% to 0.1%.
Precautions
After standing still, a small amount of white flocculent substances may appear at the bottom of the packaging bucket. Shake well before use and it will not affect the performance of the product.
