Mechanism and Formula Optimization of Fluorocarbon Surfactant 1630 in Adhesives
High-end fine chemical adhesives (industrial special adhesives, waterproof adhesives, high-temperature resistant adhesives) suffer from poor system fluidity, insufficient wetting on special substrates, loose bonding interfaces, easy debonding after curing, weak medium resistance and other defects.
Optimization Scheme: A small amount of fluorocarbon surfactant is compounded into the basic adhesive formula to improve the leveling and interfacial properties of the system. It enhances the flow and spreading performance of adhesives, enabling the glue to fully infiltrate the micro gaps of bonded substrates and boosting bonding adhesion and fitting tightness. Leveraging its chemical inertness and stability, it improves the acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, waterproof and oil-proof performance of cured adhesive layers and prevents adhesive layer aging and debonding. Meanwhile, it exerts no adverse impact on the curing rate and bonding strength of adhesives, meeting the bonding requirements of precision electronics and high-end machinery.
